Over the weekend I managed to get paint on a few Nomads. Progress is slow as I was still tinkering with colors and schemes, so no photos yet. I have a 200pt list with 8 models that i'm aiming to finish by mid to end of August. When we will be having a north texas Infinity get together.
The models themselves are super detailed, and this contributes to the time factor. I've also undercoated in white, and for me this is much slower than black which is very forgiving and creates it's own shading. You certainly can't rush these guys or churn them out like tactical marines. Each one is a detailed character that demands time and patience, but they are beautiful models so hope the time does them justice.
